Mobile Devices & Device Information
For drivers who have logged in to our mobile app, we collect geolocation data, which includes locationenabled services such as Wi-Fi and GPS, to track delivery drivers in real-time during their employment. We do not retain tracking data for more than 24 hours.

Giovanni’s Pizza may disclose PI Info to third parties if required by law or in good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary for various purposes, including completing transactions, complying with legal processes, or protecting the rights, property, or personal safety of Giovanni’s Pizza, its users, or the public.
